The Artificial Intelligence Scientist will drive AI research and development for agricultural applications, focusing on creating innovative models to address challenges in crop monitoring and sustainability. Responsibilities include leading AI projects, developing models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate research into practical solutions.

The Artificial Intelligence Engineer at Precision AI will lead AI/ML projects, develop and optimize machine learning models, and ensure technical quality while mentoring junior engineers.

Lead and scale Precision AI's operating system: build scalable processes, run cross-functional initiatives, oversee corporate operations (insurance, procurement, grants, IP), partner on organizational design and people strategy, and work closely with the CEO to drive alignment and execution as the company prepares for Series B. Based in Calgary with onsite presence required.
