Build and lead Prenuvo’s technical program management function, establishing scalable practices for planning, governance, dependencies, risks, executive visibility, and launch readiness. The Senior People Operations Generalist manages and improves employee lifecycle processes, HRIS data integrity, reporting, system troubleshooting, documentation, compliance, employee relations escalations, immigration and mobility coordination, and cross-functional People projects. The role partners with HR, payroll, benefits, legal, compliance, IT, and vendors; supports system implementations and training; mentors junior staff; and handles confidential employee information.

Lead QA for web- and API-driven healthcare products: design and execute manual and automated tests, validate REST/GraphQL services, integrate tests into CI/CD, ensure accessibility and security/performance testing, track and resolve defects, mentor junior QA engineers, and drive quality process improvements.

Design, build, and scale backend services and APIs (checkout, payments, scheduling, accounts) using Python, FastAPI, and PostgreSQL. Integrate third-party platforms, ensure resiliency and observability with Datadog, optimize performance, write automated tests, and mentor engineers while partnering with Product and Design to deliver customer-facing features.
