Owns and transforms end-to-end accounts receivable operations across invoicing, collections, billing systems, reconciliations, and month-end close. The role manages multi-entity, multi-currency AR, administers NetSuite and Stripe, resolves billing issues, leads Stripe-NetSuite integration efforts, supports Egencia administration, and partners with Finance, Sales, Development, Engineering, and Legal leadership. This is a 13-month interim contract requiring independent process improvement, collections leadership, audit support, and accounting expertise.

Leads end-to-end business process discovery, mapping, optimization, governance, and documentation. Designs and delivers Salesforce Health Cloud and Sales Cloud solutions, including flows, data models, security controls, integrations, migrations, prototypes, and production deployments. Facilitates stakeholder workshops, translates operational needs into scalable solutions, drives continuous improvement, and establishes KPIs and SLAs. Build agentic systems using RAG, tool calling, MCP, and orchestration; establish evaluations, validation standards, monitoring, and governance; deploy solutions on the shared AI platform; and create reusable templates and tools. Partner with stakeholders in regulated healthcare environments while improving organizational AI fluency.

Build and scale sales enablement across direct-to-consumer, physician partnership, and enterprise teams. Develop sales strategies, onboarding, training, coaching, playbooks, content, and knowledge resources. Analyze sales performance and seller feedback to improve conversion, ramp time, productivity, and adoption. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Clinical, Legal, and Sales Operations while personally delivering enablement programs in a hands-on 0-to-1 environment.

Own the strategy, architecture, governance, and roadmap for Prenuvo’s marketing technology ecosystem. Lead CRM, automation, CDP, analytics, attribution, experimentation, personalization, integrations, data quality, vendor management, and automation initiatives. Partner with Marketing, Growth, Data, Product, and Engineering leaders to establish scalable technical solutions, manage vendor spend, improve campaign operations, and provide technical direction and mentorship.

Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, AI/ML, data, and product roles across multiple markets. Develop sourcing strategies, technically screen candidates, manage requisitions in Greenhouse, partner with hiring leaders, run structured interviews, negotiate offers, and identify pipeline or process risks. This is a highly autonomous six-month remote contract requiring strong technical recruiting expertise and experience managing senior-level searches.

Lead QA for web- and API-driven healthcare products: design and execute manual and automated tests, validate REST/GraphQL services, integrate tests into CI/CD, ensure accessibility and security/performance testing, track and resolve defects, mentor junior QA engineers, and drive quality process improvements.

Design, build, and scale backend services and APIs (checkout, payments, scheduling, accounts) using Python, FastAPI, and PostgreSQL. Integrate third-party platforms, ensure resiliency and observability with Datadog, optimize performance, write automated tests, and mentor engineers while partnering with Product and Design to deliver customer-facing features.
