Process biweekly and semimonthly payroll for U.S. and Canadian employees across multiple entities. Validate time, earnings, deductions, adjustments, and final pay; reconcile registers and funding. Support payroll compliance, year-end reporting, benefits and leave payments, retirement contributions, audits, and employee inquiries. Maintain accurate records, resolve discrepancies, and escalate complex tax or compliance issues. Strong Excel skills and multijurisdictional payroll experience are required.

Lead the delivery of complex, cross-team software initiatives from design through rollout. Architect robust backend services, guide technical strategy, mentor engineers, improve reliability and observability, and raise engineering quality through testing, tooling, documentation, and AI-assisted development workflows. The role also requires strong cross-functional communication, effective management of ambiguity, and leadership in adopting agentic software development practices.

Owns and transforms end-to-end accounts receivable operations across invoicing, collections, billing systems, reconciliations, and month-end close. The role manages multi-entity, multi-currency AR, administers NetSuite and Stripe, resolves billing issues, leads Stripe-NetSuite integration efforts, supports Egencia administration, and partners with Finance, Sales, Development, Engineering, and Legal leadership. This is a 13-month interim contract requiring independent process improvement, collections leadership, audit support, and accounting expertise.
