Coordinate, prepare, and support field HSE activities. Serve as front-line resource to implement the health, safety, and environmental management system to protect employees, environment, and property.

Provide field-level health, safety, and environmental support during maintenance turnaround activities: conduct inspections, investigations, risk assessments and audits; maintain training and documentation; deliver orientations; prepare method statements and reports; ensure regulatory and company policy compliance; coordinate corrective actions and safety meetings.

Provide administrative HR support including onboarding data entry, maintaining employee files, preparing employment documents, managing DSP files and invoices, supporting recruitment and HR initiatives, and serving as a first point of contact for employee HR inquiries.
