Leads the multinational group’s global tax function, including Canadian and international tax strategy, cross-border structuring, transfer pricing, intercompany arrangements, compliance, governance, risk management, audits, and tax authority interactions. Advises executive leadership, coordinates external advisers, and integrates tax considerations into strategic business decisions. The role is fully remote, highly autonomous, and focused on building tax-efficient, commercially practical, and technically defensible structures for a rapidly expanding technology group.
