The role also identifies upselling and cross-selling opportunities while representing customer needs internally. Candidates should have customer success experience, strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and the ability to create documentation and solve customer problems in a fast-paced B2B SaaS startup.

Supports revenue growth through market research, inbound lead qualification, AI-driven workflow automation, CRM and pipeline management, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, growth campaigns, partnership research, and content creation. The intern collaborates with marketing, product, and customer success while gaining exposure to SaaS growth and property technology.
