Teams at ProShop

Manage end-to-end ProShop ERP implementations for manufacturing and machine shop clients. Lead planning, discovery, requirements gathering, system configuration, change management, risk mitigation, validation, documentation, training readiness, and go-live support. Act as the primary client liaison and ProShop configuration expert, translating manufacturing workflows into ERP solutions while coordinating escalations with Product and Engineering. The role requires manufacturing process knowledge, hands-on ERP or MES configuration experience, strong communication skills, and 25–40% travel to client sites.
