Build territory plans, maintain forecasted pipeline in Salesforce, lead discovery and solution conversations for Production AI and cloud data platforms, co-sell with hyperscaler and OEM partners, and manage complex deal execution across internal teams to close high-value, recurring-revenue engagements.

Operate and improve client infrastructure for availability, efficiency, and visibility. Design and implement automation, monitoring, cloud, and infrastructure solutions; perform maintenance planning, audits, troubleshooting, and multi-system root cause analysis. Advise clients on technology roadmaps, document procedures, mentor teammates, and participate in on-call escalations. The role requires broad cloud, Linux, networking, virtualization, containerization, configuration management, and DevOps expertise.
