Develop annual marketing calendars, communication plans, customer appreciation programs, and amenity/retail partnerships. Manage budgets, report variances, collaborate with property teams and national counterparts, and elevate customer experience consistent with QuadReal brand standards.

Oversee daily operations of a residential property including leasing, marketing, administration, rent collection, maintenance, staff supervision and training. Use Yardi Voyager and Rent Cafe for tenant processes and reporting, ensure compliance with tenancy and safety legislation, drive occupancy and revenue through market analysis and renewals, coordinate vendors and preventive maintenance, and maintain high resident satisfaction through proactive customer service.
