Lead and grow Quo’s mobile engineering team across iOS and Android. Responsibilities include hiring, onboarding, people development, technical guidance, cross-functional collaboration, mobile architecture and tooling alignment, feature delivery, and improving reliability and quality. The manager will establish scalable mobile engineering practices while supporting product initiatives involving AI, revenue management, and task management.

Lead and build the Customer Experience analytics function, owning CX data strategy, BI, forecasting, capacity planning, operational analytics, and executive reporting. Translate large datasets into actionable insights, predictive models, and staffing forecasts, measure AI and human interactions, identify journey inefficiencies, and quantify CX impact on revenue while partnering with CX, Finance, and Data teams.

Lead and scale email and in-app engagement across the customer lifecycle. Design personalized messaging, run A/B tests, monitor engagement metrics, drive activation, adoption, upsell, retention, and referral. Partner cross-functionally, maintain data hygiene, and document lifecycle processes and playbooks.
