Staff Backend Engineer responsible for setting the architecture and technical direction of Quo’s public API platform. The role involves building API enablement systems, designing SDK and webhook infrastructure, supporting integrations, driving cross-team adoption, mentoring senior engineers, and maintaining performance, reliability, and observability across a high-scale distributed platform.

Design, build, deploy, and improve AI-enabled tools, automations, integrations, and workflows for customer experience operations. Lead initiatives from discovery through launch and measurement, translate operational processes into system logic, evaluate AI quality, troubleshoot integrations, document solutions, and partner with CX, Product, Engineering, Data, and other teams to improve efficiency and customer outcomes.

Own end-to-end product design for Quo’s iOS and Android apps, from ideation through launch and iteration. Build mobile design systems, components, and guidelines; apply strong platform-specific judgment; prototype in code; and partner closely with engineering, product, and design teams. Advocate for mobile customers, reduce friction, elevate craft quality, and contribute to critiques and team-wide design standards.
