Lead the strategy and hands-on development of platform-wide design systems, including scalable interaction patterns, UX frameworks, mobile experiences, and AI-driven design-quality tools. Partner with engineers, product managers, and designers to improve design consistency and implementation quality across complex B2B products. Own initiatives from problem identification through prototyping and delivery while maintaining strong visual, interaction, accessibility, and code-adjacent design craft.

Lead the architecture and development of a core backend data platform for a high-growth consumer mobile application. Integrate third-party data providers, build blockchain indexing and real-time streaming infrastructure, and design scalable caching and database systems. Own backend platforms from initial design through production, make architectural decisions, and collaborate with product and company leadership. The role requires crypto experience, expertise in Rust or Go, scalable WebSocket operations, cloud and PostgreSQL experience, and backend platform ownership.

Own application-level code and infrastructure for long-running cloud environments. Build services that provision, monitor, secure, and scale virtual machines and containers; develop asynchronous messaging and job-processing systems; establish infrastructure-as-code conventions; and troubleshoot production operating system, networking, storage, and access-control issues.
