Participate in RBC’s intensive summer innovation program by researching business challenges, collaborating on a cross-functional team, developing a functional prototype, building a business case, and presenting the solution to stakeholders. Responsibilities include project organization, design, troubleshooting, stakeholder engagement, strategy, communications, and applying design thinking and agile methodologies.

Build a functional prototype addressing a real RBC business challenge within a collaborative summer innovation program. Responsibilities include data transformation, engineering, cleaning, mining, product design, troubleshooting, development, stakeholder collaboration, research, strategy, communications, and executive presentations. Participants work with mentors and subject matter experts while applying data science, programming, agile development, and design-thinking techniques.

Participate in RBC’s intensive summer innovation program as a developer. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to research business challenges, design and build a functional prototype, apply programming and Agile practices, work with mentors and stakeholders, and present the final solution to executives. Candidates may contribute through cloud, mobile, DevOps, full-stack, API, or service-based technologies.
