Supports RBC Insurance sales and claims teams through customer research, correspondence, advisor calls, report and illustration preparation, caseload updates, offset follow-up, process documentation, newsletters, and sales-related analysis. The co-op develops insurance product and business-process expertise while contributing to supervised projects and completing timely, accurate administrative and analytical tasks.
