Manages compliant employee offboarding across international jurisdictions, including terminations, resignations, transfers, redundancies, settlements, documentation, and HRIS processing. Provides first-level employee relations support, assesses workplace concerns, advises clients on local employment practices, coordinates investigations and disciplinary matters, and facilitates difficult conversations. Partners with legal, payroll, benefits, unions, and government stakeholders while improving processes, automation, and customer experience.

The Lifecycle Specialist oversees employee exits, ensuring legal compliance and excellent customer service, while providing Employee Relations support and contributing to HR process improvements.

Act as a Global Payroll subject matter expert partnering with Sales to drive go-to-market strategy, demonstrate product value, create sales collateral, scope client needs for implementation, provide market feedback to Product, and support adoption and expansion of Remote's Global Payroll offering.
