Senior backend engineer responsible for building APIs, tools, and integrations on an Elixir/Phoenix backend with Postgres. Drive agentic/automation and AI-enabled workflows, lead major team projects, mentor engineers, participate in cross-team initiatives, improve platform reliability and CI/CD-driven deployments, and operationalize verification loops.

Lead the Deal Desk as a senior individual contributor: manage escalations, enforce pricing and contract compliance, build automation and playbooks, partner with Legal and Finance, track performance metrics, and drive process and tooling improvements to support high-volume enterprise deals and month/quarter close.

Own infrastructure strategy and operational excellence for Remote Build: design IaC with Terraform and Kubernetes, implement observability and incident response, embed security and compliance, optimize performance and costs, automate toil, and improve platform reliability and developer experience.
