Own complex, high-value deals end-to-end for a global SaaS company: build and govern CPQ quotes, manage Deal Desk queue, approve discounts, ensure Closed Won/order accuracy in Salesforce, collaborate with Sales, Finance and Legal, deliver enablement, and improve SOPs and processes.

Lead strategy and delivery of reporting and insights across dashboards, report builders, exports, APIs, and AI experiences. Partner with Data, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Ops to build accurate, auditable payroll-grade reports, drive adoption, and embed explainable AI insights. Define KPIs, manage stakeholders, and ensure scalable, trustworthy reporting for customers and internal teams.
