Oversee multiple retirement residences in Manitoba, driving operational excellence, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and sales/marketing alignment. Mentor and support Executive Directors, conduct site visits, implement strategic business plans, manage budgets, and foster community engagement and brand presence while ensuring consistent quality of resident care.

Lead and design recreation and wellness programs for senior residents; build monthly calendars, schedule events and volunteers, supervise team, ensure program adaptations for cognitive/physical needs, and promote resident engagement and wellbeing.
