Coordinates day-to-day projects and provides administrative support to the Project Management team. Maintains customer orders, enters and tracks purchase orders, expedites vendor orders, reconciles final billings, and coordinates between vendors, sales, management, and customers. Processes shop drawings and supports sales initiatives while maintaining strong customer and supplier relationships.

Provides inside sales and customer service through phone and email, processes orders, inquiries, and quotations, confirms product availability, recommends alternatives, follows up on quotes, conducts outbound sales calls, and assists with e-commerce inquiries. Requires electrical product knowledge, strong communication and relationship-building skills, multitasking ability, computer literacy, and at least two years of inside sales or customer service experience.

Lead and grow outside sales team to achieve regional sales targets. Develop strategies, manage key accounts, forecast revenue, coach staff, collaborate with district teams, and represent the brand.

Sell electrical products and solutions to new and existing accounts in Calgary. Prospect and onboard customers, conduct regular account visits, build pipeline to meet monthly sales goals, document activities in CRM, attend strategy meetings, and coordinate service between project, branch, and operations teams.

Manage and grow commercial customer accounts by developing sales strategies, prospecting and onboarding new accounts, managing vendor relationships, supporting projects and branch operations, providing excellent customer service, and coaching peers.

Support Project Manager by administering assigned projects: manage customer orders and purchase orders, track and expedite orders, reconcile billings, coordinate vendors/sales/customers, process shop drawings, and promote brand and sales initiatives.
