Deliver bilingual (French/English) advanced technical support for Ricoh solutions across direct and dealer channels. Lead incident resolution and escalations, troubleshoot complex integrations, software and system performance issues, produce support documentation, mentor junior staff, collaborate with delivery, engineering and vendor teams, and support continuous improvement and pre-sales activities while meeting SLAs.

Greet visitors, answer/screen/direct calls, issue visitor badges, manage meeting room schedules and A/V setup, handle incoming/outgoing mail and couriers, maintain reception area, and perform general administrative support.

Serve as technical lead and subject-matter expert for post-sales implementation of web storefronts and document workflow solutions. Drive successful deployments, guide discovery and project teams, develop SOWs, support pre-sales, identify expansion opportunities, achieve services revenue/profit targets, and ensure customer satisfaction and adoption.
