Leads enterprise-wide HR operations and talent development programs, including leadership development, succession planning, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, apprenticeship administration, HR systems integration, and workforce analytics. Partners with executives and cross-functional stakeholders to improve people processes, implement organizational change, strengthen capabilities, and align HR strategies with business objectives. Oversees staff, facilitates leadership discussions, and drives continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle.

Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, maintain the Applicant Tracking System (Workable), support onboarding and background checks, assist the Talent Acquisition Manager with recruitment tasks, and gradually take ownership of select requisitions and recruitment metrics to improve processes and candidate experience.
