Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, maintain the Applicant Tracking System (Workable), support onboarding and background checks, assist the Talent Acquisition Manager with recruitment tasks, and gradually take ownership of select requisitions and recruitment metrics to improve processes and candidate experience.

Manage planning, execution, budgeting, reporting, and closeout for engineering/construction projects. Coordinate clients, vendors, subcontractors, and project teams; track budgets, change orders, and invoicing; run project meetings and ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Support procurement for materials, tools, equipment, and services across projects. Source and evaluate suppliers, manage full-cycle vendor relationships, create procurement documentation, maintain records in Vista and SharePoint, incorporate contract risk flow-downs, participate in contract reviews and project meetings, lead weekly procurement meetings, and support process standardization and junior team members.
