Leads the organization’s marketing, branding, communications, digital engagement, business development support, and event strategies. Oversees brand governance, corporate messaging, proposals, website and CRM initiatives, SEO, social media, analytics, sponsorships, vendors, budgets, and integrated campaigns. Provides strategic guidance to executives, manages communications standards and performance metrics, and leads the marketing and communications team through coaching, prioritization, and development.

Manages project controls throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining budgets, costs, forecasts, variances, cash flow, and project data integrity. Produces financial reports, milestone summaries, earned value analyses, accruals, and invoice documentation. Reviews invoices and timesheets, supports project setup, and assists Project Managers with scheduling adjustments and change management. The role also contributes to standardizing project controls processes across construction projects.

Supports full-cycle procurement for construction and infrastructure projects, including sourcing materials, equipment, services, suppliers, and subcontractors. Develops procurement plans, evaluates commercial and project risks, negotiates terms, manages purchase orders and agreements, maintains records, and supports supplier relationships. The role also leads procurement meetings, improves processes, ensures compliance with approval requirements, and mentors junior team members.
