Lead business development for Riveron’s San Francisco Bay Area market by activating a local executive and advisory network, generating client opportunities, building pipeline, and supporting pursuits through close. Develop market strategy, cultivate centers of influence, coordinate internal subject-matter experts, manage Salesforce activity, support proposals and events, and report pipeline progress to firm leadership. The role requires strong professional-services credibility, executive presence, consultative selling skills, and accountability for revenue growth.

Leads IT risk advisory consulting engagements, including IT general controls, SOX compliance, ERP and application control reviews, and cybersecurity risk assessments. Evaluates control design and effectiveness, analyzes system data and logs, develops risk-control matrices and testing strategies, manages project plans and budgets, reviews consultant work, and communicates findings and recommendations to clients and executives. Builds client relationships, mentors staff, and stays current on emerging technology risks and regulatory frameworks.

Lead FP&A consulting engagements, delivering performance reporting, KPI dashboards, budgeting and forecasting processes, planning technology implementations, long-range financial models, interim FP&A leadership, cash flow models, ROI analysis, pricing analysis, profitability analysis, and decision support. Develop client relationships, communicate insights from data, execute project plans, and travel as needed to meet client requirements.
