Develop, implement, and monitor regional environmental, health, and safety (EHS) programs to ensure regulatory compliance. Maintain safety equipment inventory, perform inspections, monitor hazardous waste vendors, support emergency response and hazardous materials handling, investigate injuries, report metrics, support return-to-work, and provide EHS technical support for projects and product compliance (WEEE, RoHS).

Lead and own delivery-related procurement and manufacturing processes for Lifecycle Services. Document and maintain process workflows, identify KPIs, coordinate between LCS Delivery and Integrated Supply Chain, drive continuous improvement and transformation initiatives (including ERP migrations and AI-enabled use cases), and represent LCS in enterprise discussions to ensure delivery teams' needs are met.
