Responsibilities include project and program management, infrastructure and servicing coordination, funding strategy, governance support, procurement, agreement administration, stakeholder engagement, risk management, reporting, and intergovernmental relations. The role provides senior advice to County leadership and collaborates with municipalities, governments, developers, utilities, Indigenous partners, consultants, and other stakeholders to advance regional development priorities.
