Verifies property, file, legislative, bylaw, and supporting-document references; researches relevant information; identifies discrepancies; maintains electronic records and version control; and supports improvements to templates, checklists, and quality-control processes while handling sensitive information confidentially.

Leads complex strategic initiatives and special projects from planning through implementation. Responsibilities include project and program management, infrastructure and servicing coordination, funding strategy, governance support, procurement, agreement administration, stakeholder engagement, risk management, reporting, and intergovernmental relations. The role provides senior advice to County leadership and collaborates with municipalities, governments, developers, utilities, Indigenous partners, consultants, and other stakeholders to advance regional development priorities.
