Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions and environments. Manage deployments, updates, integrations, and client consulting (functional and technical). Gather requirements, configure systems, produce reports, and support multiple clients while adopting new technologies and ensuring operational best practices. May require occasional night/weekend work.

The consultant will facilitate ServiceNow SPM workshops, manage product backlogs, align SPM capabilities with client business strategies, and optimize project delivery processes.
