Provides Tier 1–2 desktop and help desk support for enterprise users, including troubleshooting Windows and macOS devices, software deployment, imaging, patching, hardware maintenance, asset tracking, onboarding, office moves, and ticket resolution. Supports Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, endpoint management, Active Directory, backups, and basic networking. Participates in on-call rotations, infrastructure support, user training, mentoring, and occasional travel for office moves.

Supports business development leaders by generating leads, making outbound sales calls, setting appointments, maintaining Salesforce records, following up with prospects, responding to customer inquiries, and coordinating sales campaigns. Maintains knowledge of company products and services and monitors prospect priorities. The role involves frequent communication with clients and colleagues across time zones, with hybrid, remote, and occasional flexible-hours options.
