Leads strategic business development and growth initiatives for industrial and energy-sector clients. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, prospecting, managing pipelines and forecasts, preparing proposals and RFP responses, analyzing markets and competitors, developing go-to-market strategies, managing strategic engagements, attending industry events, mentoring junior staff, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives. The role requires executive-level selling, senior client relationships, Salesforce proficiency, and 30–40% travel across Canada and North America.

Owns OT infrastructure and cybersecurity for oil and gas operations, including industrial network architecture, high-availability systems, remote communications, virtualization, security tooling, audits, and incident response. Leads system design, commissioning, patching, standards, and lifecycle management while mentoring junior specialists and supporting projects at remote, offshore, and hazardous industrial sites.

Supports Enterprise SCADA configuration, HMI development, point and alarm setup, industrial protocol and PLC integration, MQTT and edge deployments, testing, commissioning, documentation, and client support. The role also involves Windows and SQL Server infrastructure, virtualization, Active Directory, OT cybersecurity practices, troubleshooting, and travel to industrial sites across western Canada. It is an early-career position with mentorship toward independent SCADA specialist responsibilities.

Designs, develops, tests, and supports Ignition SCADA systems, including HMI screens, dashboards, alarms, tag structures, scripting, MQTT and edge architectures, industrial protocol integrations, and database connectivity. The role contributes to project documentation, client workshops, commissioning, FAT/SAT, cybersecurity hardening, and go-live support. It also provides informal mentorship and collaborates with controls, OT, IT, and operations teams. Travel to industrial client facilities and occasional after-hours commissioning support are required.

Leads HR strategy and services across assigned US and Canadian business units. Directs HR Business Partners, advises executives and employees, manages employee and labor relations, ensures employment-law compliance, supports talent management and retention, and develops workforce policies and programs. Partners on M&A and global HR initiatives while driving culture, performance, change management, and strategic HR projects.
