Manage and grow a portfolio of mining-sector client accounts as primary contact. Develop strategic account plans, drive retention and upsell, prepare proposals and forecasts, coordinate internal delivery, conduct business reviews, represent SGS at industry events, and support pipeline management and customer satisfaction.

Lead strategic growth initiatives, meet sales targets, develop long-term business development strategies, mentor junior staff, manage complex proposals and client engagements, provide market intelligence, coordinate cross-functional projects, represent the company at industry events, and ensure accurate forecasting and CRM reporting.

Lead the global quality management system for mineral geochemistry labs to ensure ISO/IEC 17025 compliance. Oversee QA/QC processes, method validation, data acceptance/rejection, network monitoring, internal audits, analytical problem resolution (e.g., ICP, XRF, FA), policy development, and drive continuous improvement while managing a small virtual team and supporting lab implementations.
