Prepare standard mechanical and metallurgical test samples while training toward journey-level machinist. Set up and operate lathes, mills, grinders and saws, measure and mark materials, ensure dimensional accuracy and traceability, package products, attend apprenticeship classes, and follow safety and work instructions. Shift work required.

Manage and grow a portfolio of mining-sector client accounts as primary contact. Develop strategic account plans, drive retention and upsell, prepare proposals and forecasts, coordinate internal delivery, conduct business reviews, represent SGS at industry events, and support pipeline management and customer satisfaction.

Lead strategic growth initiatives, meet sales targets, develop long-term business development strategies, mentor junior staff, manage complex proposals and client engagements, provide market intelligence, coordinate cross-functional projects, represent the company at industry events, and ensure accurate forecasting and CRM reporting.
