Contract Senior Paralegal to run legal operations and corporate administration: maintain corporate records, manage contract workflows and NDAs, support regulatory and compliance documentation, manage legal intake and matter tracking, and improve legal templates, workflows and AI-enabled processes while partnering across the company.

Lead and grow a platform engineering team focused on Infrastructure, SRE, and DevOps. Set technical direction, deliver platform roadmaps, oversee cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines, build AI-powered internal tools, improve developer experience, own incident management and on-call sustainability, and collaborate with product, security, and compliance to ensure secure, scalable, observable systems.

Design, evolve, and operate Shakepay's internal developer platform and tooling. Build infrastructure-as-code, GitOps workflows, observability, AI-powered automation, and scalable systems. Lead cross-team technical initiatives, mentor engineers, drive reliability and operational excellence, and contribute to incident response and platform strategy.

Provide hands-on legal and regulatory advice across crypto, payments, securities and AML; partner with product, compliance and leadership to launch products, lead regulatory initiatives, draft commercial agreements, and improve legal processes using AI and automation.
