Own a portfolio of Premier and Elite partners across North America, driving partner-led revenue, pipeline growth, accurate forecasting, and quota attainment. Build partner business plans, strengthen executive and technical relationships, enable partner sales teams, identify migration and competitive displacement opportunities, and launch new partner programs. The role requires a hunter mindset, strong IT channel expertise, and daily use of AI tools for research, planning, forecasting, and communication.

Build and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows that monitor renewal health, identify cross-sell opportunities, route qualified leads, and improve retention revenue. Own data flows between product systems and HubSpot, including data quality, attribution, and deliverability. Develop reusable automation modules, reporting, experiments, SOPs, demos, and playbooks while partnering directly with Sales and Account Management.
