Collaborate with DevOps, R&D, and operations teams; troubleshoot mission-critical virtualized environments; monitor system health, availability, and performance; and support secure design aligned with ISO 27001 standards.

Lead and build the marketing operations and agentic AI layer: define production standards for AI agents, deliver production-grade agents for lead scoring/enrichment/prospection/attribution, own martech stack and vendor decisions, report business outcomes to execs and board, hire and run a marketing engineering team, and cut tool costs while ensuring measurable revenue impact.

The BDR will generate qualified pipeline for the SMB sales team via outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification, engage decision-makers, book discovery meetings/demos, maintain CRM hygiene, track KPIs, and partner with AEs/RSMs to refine messaging and outreach.
