Provide enterprise customers with technical and functional support for Sidetrade’s AI-powered Order-to-Cash platform. Troubleshoot complex issues, develop innovative solutions, manage escalations, explain technical workflows, and maintain documentation such as SOPs and runbooks. Collaborate with Customer Experience, Product, and R&D teams while participating in rotating shifts to support extended global coverage.

Leads global talent acquisition strategy across North America, Europe, and APAC. Builds and manages a distributed TA team, personally hires C-level executives, owns recruiting processes, employer branding, metrics, technology, compliance, budget, and DEI initiatives. Partners with the CEO, executives, and hiring managers to scale a data-driven, candidate-centric function supporting rapid growth.

Lead, hire, train, coach, and develop a multicultural BDR team across North America. Partner with sales and marketing leaders on go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and executive-level outreach. Monitor Salesforce activity dashboards, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and create scalable onboarding and training programs. The role requires strong business software industry experience, team leadership, enterprise prospecting expertise, analytical ability, and excellent communication skills.
