Leads global talent acquisition strategy across North America, Europe, and APAC. Lead, hire, train, coach, and develop a multicultural BDR team across North America. Partner with sales and marketing leaders on go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and executive-level outreach. Monitor Salesforce activity dashboards, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and create scalable onboarding and training programs. The role requires strong business software industry experience, team leadership, enterprise prospecting expertise, analytical ability, and excellent communication skills.

The Sales Manager will lead a team to drive revenue growth in the North America SMB division. Responsibilities include defining sales strategy, managing pipeline, coaching the team, and collaborating with marketing for demand generation.
