The BDR will generate qualified pipeline for the SMB sales team via outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification, engage decision-makers, book discovery meetings/demos, maintain CRM hygiene, track KPIs, and partner with AEs/RSMs to refine messaging and outreach.

The Sales Manager will lead a team to drive revenue growth in the North America SMB division. Responsibilities include defining sales strategy, managing pipeline, coaching the team, and collaborating with marketing for demand generation.

The Account Executive will drive net new business sales to SMB accounts, educate prospects, manage sales cycles, and negotiate agreements.
