Support project teams in commercial interior tenant-improvement work by preparing bid documentation, setting up job profiles and logs (submittals, RFIs, change orders), tracking contracts, insurance, and invoicing, assisting close-out, coordinating with field superintendents, and providing administrative and operations support while learning project management processes and managing low-risk projects.

Support project managers and superintendents on commercial interior construction projects: attend job walks, prepare bids, coordinate access, track RFIs/submittals/shop drawings, complete startup/closeout documents, and assist with daily project management using construction management tools.

Lead a commercial interiors business unit with full P&L responsibility, develop and deliver work, manage and mentor project teams, oversee estimating, preconstruction, buyout, scheduling, site visits, client relations, safety, and staffing.
