Teams at Skyline Construction

Processes weekly multi-state payroll for approximately 400 construction employees, including union payroll, adjustments, garnishments, payroll taxes, certified payroll, prevailing wage reporting, and W-2s. Audits timecards, labor allocations, job costing, and payroll data; reconciles payroll and maintains compliance with wage laws. Partners with HR, Accounting, project managers, and field supervisors while responding to employee inquiries, supporting audits, maintaining confidential records, and improving payroll processes.

Support project teams in commercial interior tenant-improvement work by preparing bid documentation, setting up job profiles and logs (submittals, RFIs, change orders), tracking contracts, insurance, and invoicing, assisting close-out, coordinating with field superintendents, and providing administrative and operations support while learning project management processes and managing low-risk projects.

Support project managers and superintendents on commercial interior construction projects: attend job walks, prepare bids, coordinate access, track RFIs/submittals/shop drawings, complete startup/closeout documents, and assist with daily project management using construction management tools.
