Develop and execute below-the-line trade marketing programs (promotions, events, sponsorships, POS) aligned with national brand strategy. Use data to evaluate performance and optimize campaigns, manage regional trade marketing budget and demand planning, lead and coach Brand Activity Managers, collaborate with Sales and National Brand Managers, and drive process improvements. Contract based in Calgary with ~20% travel.

Provide coordination and administrative support to the Western Marketing team while executing social media strategies for assigned brands. Plan regional social calendars, create digital content and promotions, support NPD and taproom marketing, liaise with vendors, manage invoices/P.O.s, assist events and internal communications to grow brand presence and engagement.
