Provides centralized administrative and sales support to the provincial Sales team. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, coordinating communications and sales materials, organizing meetings and events, managing point-of-sale fulfillment, maintaining contracts and records, processing expenses and invoices, tracking team spending and administrative data, managing fleet and inventory records, and supporting employee onboarding.

Provide coordination and administrative support to the Western Marketing team while executing social media strategies for assigned brands. Plan regional social calendars, create digital content and promotions, support NPD and taproom marketing, liaise with vendors, manage invoices/P.O.s, assist events and internal communications to grow brand presence and engagement.
