Acts as a strategic People Partner for North American business groups, advising leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent, succession, engagement, retention, culture, and change. Provides coaching and mentorship while driving people-calendar activities and organizational performance.

Provides senior technical leadership for hydrology projects across mining, energy, infrastructure, and resource development. Leads hydrologic investigations, monitoring programs, modelling, water balance studies, environmental flow assessments, technical reviews, regulatory submissions, and client advisory work. Supports project scopes, budgets, schedules, proposals, and business development while mentoring junior staff and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Leads the Prairies ecology and biodiversity team, overseeing staffing, performance, project delivery, budgets, quality, technical development, client relationships, business development, and regulatory submissions. The role combines people leadership with hands-on ecological consulting, including assessments, baseline studies, monitoring, environmental oversight, multidisciplinary project management, and technical report review across Alberta and the broader Canadian Prairies.

Conduct environmental noise and vibration assessments, field measurements, acoustic modeling, data analysis, and technical reporting for industrial, transportation, construction, and land-use projects. Support instrumentation calibration, model and tool development, regulatory compliance, client communication, project financial performance, proposals, and business development. Collaborate with consultants, engineers, project managers, clients, and regulators while periodically traveling to job sites.
