Lead and mentor an Alberta hydrogeology team, manage hydrogeological investigations, monitoring and remediation programs, coordinate groundwater modelling, deliver projects on scope/schedule/budget, prepare technical reports and proposals, and drive business development and client relationships.

Execute hydrogeological modelling and field programs: build conceptual site models and 3D groundwater models, prepare technical reports and proposals, design and analyze aquifer tests and monitoring, mentor junior staff, liaise with clients/regulators, and ensure successful project delivery (scope, schedule, budget, QA/QC).

Lead SLR's North America proposal team to shape and win strategic opportunities. Manage multi‑disciplinary bid teams, define win themes and Go/No‑Go decisions, develop client‑focused proposal narratives, implement process and tooling improvements, and coach proposal staff to raise quality and efficiency across submissions.
