Manage full-cycle recruitment across corporate, commercial, operational, and technical roles. Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, ATS, Boolean search and networks. Partner with hiring managers on intake, interview plans, offers, and onboarding. Build technical recruiting expertise, maintain ATS data and metrics, improve processes, and ensure an inclusive candidate experience while complying with policies and background checks.

Lead partner operations analytics and process optimization across the partner ecosystem. Monitor partner KPIs, administer CRM/PRM and BI tools, drive cross-functional improvements, build automations with Google Apps Script, and surface partner feedback to influence product and go-to-market decisions.
