Lead strategic finance at a high-growth B2B software company. Responsibilities include investment analysis, resource allocation, annual planning, forecasting, unit economics, pricing and packaging analysis, finance systems roadmap development, board and investor reporting, and building a high-performing finance function. The role partners closely with executives, GTM, Product, RevOps, Data, and external implementation partners.

Lead Spellbook’s revenue operations function across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and Data. Own the GTM operating model, pipeline management, forecasting, revenue systems, performance reporting, commercial handoffs, and operating cadence. Build the GTM operations team and establish scalable processes, metrics, data standards, and systems supporting growth.

Manage enterprise customer accounts, leading structured onboarding, adoption, enablement, QBRs, renewals, and executive stakeholder relationships. Maintain CRM data quality, identify risks and expansion opportunities, interpret usage data, and collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to improve customer outcomes. The role supports global clients and may require occasional meetings outside standard working hours.
