Lead Spellbook's product function: set product vision, manage and grow a PM team, own roadmap and execution, coordinate launches with GTM, synthesize customer insights, define metrics, and partner with CEO on strategy and fundraising materials.

As a Backend/AI Systems Engineer, you will develop backend systems for AI workflows and enhance core functionalities for Spellbook's legal software. You'll tackle complex problems, ensure system reliability, and collaborate with product teams, while maintaining a hands-on ownership approach.

The Senior Data Engineer will lead the design and development of scalable data infrastructure for analytics and AI capabilities, ensuring compliant data processing systems and improving the data platform.
