Lead Growth product strategy and roadmap across acquisition, activation, monetization, and retention. Run and analyze A/B and multivariate experiments, collaborate with engineering/design/marketing/sales, optimize onboarding, upsell and referral flows, and own growth metrics (signups, activation, trial-to-paid, time-to-value, NRR). Build an experimentation pipeline and report progress to leadership.

Own product strategy and roadmap for enterprise customers; build enterprise-grade features (admin controls, permissions, data residency, integrations); partner with engineering, sales, and customer success to support complex deals, onboarding, and expansion; define enterprise metrics and manage feedback loops, FDE engagements, and beta programs to drive adoption and retention.

Own and optimize the Sales and Customer Success tech stack (HubSpot as system of record), design integrations and automations, maintain system architecture and data governance, partner with Sales/CS to improve GTM processes, apply AI/automation to workflows, enable adoption through documentation and training, and lead integrations across the revenue stack.
