Serve as the bridge between Sales and Product: support RFPs and pursuits, lead customer Solution Design and BRD sessions, translate commitments into well-defined Epics, coordinate specialists, author SOW language, and flag risks and roadmap misalignment so Delivery Product Owners can build with confidence.

The Project Manager will manage the implementation of enterprise SaaS solutions in the utility industry, ensuring project success and customer satisfaction.

Serve as a bridge between Product Owners and Project Managers (50/50 split): surface and translate risks, blockers, and escalations both ways, embed with PMs to provide product-fluent support, track issue resolution, recommend process improvements, and collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architects, and clients to facilitate timely project outcomes.
