Project Engineer responsible for technical leadership and delivery of high-voltage substation projects. Duties include managing technical scope, risks, schedules, budgets, design teams, vendor reviews, specifications, drawings, reports, QA/QC, construction support, commissioning support, proposals, and site visits. The role collaborates with project managers, clients, engineering teams, procurement, and construction stakeholders across multidisciplinary projects.

Leads electromagnetic transient power system studies for generation, transmission, distribution, renewable energy, battery storage, HVDC, and inverter-based systems. Oversees engineers, develops methodologies and models, analyzes simulations, reviews deliverables, manages schedules and resources, supports clients, prepares proposals, drives business development, mentors staff, conducts research, and contributes to industry organizations and conferences.

Leads HVDC and FACTS engineering projects, including front-end design, technical specifications, tender evaluation, design reviews, factory testing, commissioning support, and power-system studies. Provides technical leadership, mentors junior staff, supports proposals and business development, contributes to industry committees, develops technical papers and presentations, and maintains client relationships. Requires extensive HVDC/FACTS expertise, professional registration eligibility, and willingness to travel, with potential for remote work.
