Support project and program management by developing and maintaining integrated schedules and cost control systems. Perform schedule updates, cost tracking, forecasting, variance analysis, cash flow projections, change management, and reporting. Interface with project teams, prepare invoice backup and monthly report inputs, and maintain accurate centralized project data to monitor scope, schedule, budget, risks, and corrective actions.

Perform building acoustics and vibration studies including measurements, modeling, calculations, and design of noise mitigation. Prepare technical reports and specifications, communicate with clients, support project delivery, and conduct occasional site measurements and multi-day trips.

Lead and grow Stantec's Major Projects APD portfolio by driving strategic pursuits, managing risk and Go/No-Go decisions, coordinating commercial/project controls and technical resources, maintaining contractor relationships, developing project best practices, and actively leading pursuits/projects to achieve top-line growth and strong industry presence. Role includes portfolio strategy, governance meeting participation, and occasional travel.
