Develop and manage integrated project schedules for complex engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup projects. Analyze critical paths, risks, float, productivity, changes, and schedule performance; support earned value management, forecasting, reporting, and recovery planning. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, clients, and multidisciplinary teams, review contractor schedules, facilitate schedule reviews, communicate executive-level insights, and mentor junior planning and project controls staff.

Coordinates project cost, schedule, document control, procurement, contracts, invoices, change orders, communications, reporting, and stakeholder activities. Supports construction contract administration, proposal development, business development, risk management, and team events while working with clients, contractors, architects, engineers, and consultants across design and construction projects.

Develops and quality-checks 2D and 3D CAD models, roadway plans, drawings, and sheet files for transportation infrastructure projects. Coordinates with engineers and designers, maintains CAD standards, addresses design changes and redlines, and performs interdisciplinary QA/QC. The role requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and deadline management, with occasional field work and opportunities to support business development and account management.
