Enable and deploy Microsoft 365 and AI solutions (Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform) for Water business teams. Identify and assess AI use cases, build and test Copilot agents and Power Platform automations, deliver training and support, create guidance and prompt libraries, coordinate stakeholders, and apply change management to drive secure adoption and cost optimization.

Provide HR contact center support for North American employees and internal clients. Use HR systems and Service Center tools to process employee life-cycle transactions, interpret policies, coordinate with payroll/benefits/compensation, ensure compliance and data integrity, escalate complex issues, and support HR business partners and special projects.

Manage enterprise IT projects ensuring timely delivery and compliance with governance. Lead cross-functional teams, facilitate stakeholder communication, and contribute to PMO improvements.
