Lead planning, coordination, and execution of area-based site closure programs for remediation, reclamation, and liability reduction. Manage contractors and consultants, ensure regulatory compliance, control budgets and schedules, maintain audit-defensible documentation, and engage regulators, landowners, and cross-functional teams.
