Lead, coach, and grow a team of UX researchers supporting Stripe Payments and Risk products. Conduct and guide mixed-methods research, translate user insights into product strategy, establish research programs and infrastructure, and enable cross-functional teams to apply research practices. Partner with product, design, business, and executive leaders while guiding AI-driven improvements to research processes and sourcing external research vendors.

As a Data Analyst at Stripe, you'll build data products, metrics, and dashboards, analyze large datasets, and communicate insights to drive business decisions.

Translate customer and market insights into roadmap recommendations and measurable KPIs while partnering cross-functionally to drive commercialization and growth.

Lead credit policy and underwriting initiatives using Stripe's data and third-party sources. Architect credit policies, analyze portfolio trends, integrate bureau and alternative data, provide risk recommendations, collaborate with product, data science, engineering, and capital markets, and scale risk processes and outsourced workflows.

Own and scale payments partner integrations and reporting; automate manual processes; build tooling and anomaly detection; collaborate with engineers, accounting, and partners to trace and reconcile large-scale money flows; troubleshoot and implement code changes.

Lead product design for Stripe's Data & AI products, shaping systems and new products from ambiguous strategic problems to detailed interaction design. Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, engineers, and design leaders to build trust-focused, end-to-end experiences and design systems.

The Product Designer will oversee the design of internal tools, collaborate with engineers and PMs, and ensure usability while contributing to design consistency and quality across the internal tools suite.

Lead design and implementation of full‑stack authentication and account security features for Stripe Organizations. Build APIs, frontend UX/UI, and analytics to secure and simplify login, SSO, MFA, RBAC, and account workflows. Mentor engineers, drive technical decisions, collaborate with Security and partner teams, and create reusable auth building blocks used across Stripe products.

As a Design Engineer at Stripe, you'll prototype and build new web experiences, collaborating closely with designers and partners to enhance Stripe.com with technical craft and creativity, focusing on user experience and design systems.

Lead go-to-market strategy and adoption for Stripe Billing products. Build and manage a product marketing team, synthesize customer and market insights, create positioning and messaging, partner with GTM functions, run launches and growth initiatives, and define success metrics.

Lead design efforts for money management suite with a focus on stablecoins, create interfaces for digital currency management, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver high-quality user experiences.
