Teams at Stripe

Lead, coach, and grow a team of UX researchers supporting Stripe Payments and Risk products. Conduct and guide mixed-methods research, translate user insights into product strategy, establish research programs and infrastructure, and enable cross-functional teams to apply research practices. Partner with product, design, business, and executive leaders while guiding AI-driven improvements to research processes and sourcing external research vendors.

Design high-quality consumer checkout and commerce experiences for Link across mobile and desktop. Translate research and product goals into intuitive design solutions, partner with product and engineering through delivery, collaborate with Brand Studio on visual identity, contribute to scalable design systems, and present work in design reviews. The role requires strong visual, interaction, and prototyping skills, consumer technology experience, and a portfolio demonstrating desktop and mobile work.

As a Backend Engineer on the Data team, you will design and maintain data pipelines and services, ensuring data quality and scalability while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet data needs.
