Lead visual and interaction design direction for Stripe Checkout surfaces, translating complex merchant needs into simple, conversion-optimized experiences. Define design direction, guide explorations from concept through launch, evolve visual language and design systems, shape product strategy through prototyping, and represent Checkout in senior reviews. Partner closely with product, engineering, and design leadership while communicating decisions through compelling storytelling.

Own end-to-end marketing operations for AMER in-person and online events, including audience segmentation, registration, campaign execution, attendance tracking, data quality, lead routing, sales handoff, reporting, and process optimization. Partner with Field Marketing, Demand Generation, Marketing Technology, Sales, and offshore teams to deliver measurable campaigns, improve workflows, maintain privacy and consent standards, and scale event operations.

Design, prototype, and build polished web experiences for Stripe’s public websites. Collaborate with designers and engineers, create interactive animations and launch materials, extend design systems, optimize browser performance, and integrate web platforms with authoring and experimentation tools. The role focuses on conversion-oriented user journeys, global audiences, accessibility, and high-quality front-end implementation.
