Design, prototype, and build polished web experiences for Stripe’s public websites. Collaborate with designers and engineers, create interactive animations and launch materials, extend design systems, optimize browser performance, and integrate web platforms with authoring and experimentation tools. The role focuses on conversion-oriented user journeys, global audiences, accessibility, and high-quality front-end implementation.

Lead, coach, and grow a team of UX researchers supporting Stripe Payments and Risk products. Conduct and guide mixed-methods research, translate user insights into product strategy, establish research programs and infrastructure, and enable cross-functional teams to apply research practices. Partner with product, design, business, and executive leaders while guiding AI-driven improvements to research processes and sourcing external research vendors.

As a Data Analyst at Stripe, you'll build data products, metrics, and dashboards, analyze large datasets, and communicate insights to drive business decisions.
