Negotiates decisions with reinsurers, communicates outcomes to advisors and physicians, partners with business and distribution teams, identifies process improvements, participates in high-net-worth case reviews, and mentors underwriters. The role requires substantial underwriting authority, advanced risk expertise, and collaboration across insurance stakeholders.

Build long-term client relationships to provide financial advice, assess clients' financial situations and goals, recommend and implement insurance and investment products, conduct client meetings, perform ongoing plan reviews, pursue professional accreditations, and grow a client base through networking and business development.
