Coach and develop a disability claims team to optimize case management, reduce claim duration, ensure client-focused service, improve processes, report trends, and support business retention and growth.

Build long-term client relationships to provide financial advice, assess clients' financial situations and goals, recommend and implement insurance and investment products, conduct client meetings, perform ongoing plan reviews, pursue professional accreditations, and grow a client base through networking and business development.
