Process and oversee salaried and hourly payroll, benefits administration, reconciliations, compliance, reporting, and employee inquiries using Dayforce. Manage payroll legislation requirements, benefit plans, leave programs, onboarding and offboarding, audits, and process improvements. Provide guidance to management and mentorship to the Benefits Advisor while resolving payroll and benefits issues accurately, confidentially, and on schedule.
