Lead the website growth roadmap and experimentation program to drive pipeline and conversion. Partner with Marketing, Engineering, Design, and Analytics to prioritize and deliver A/B tests, reusable CMS templates, tracking/event taxonomy, and performance improvements. Define requirements, monitor site performance, and ensure measurable outcomes tied to business goals.

Lead the creative development of AI-assisted video content, overseeing multidisciplinary teams, driving innovation, and integrating Generative AI into video production workflows.
