The Change Management Advisor will support organizational change initiatives, utilizing frameworks and methodologies to ensure successful adoption and guiding stakeholders through the process.

Lead Oracle database migration and modernization efforts across on-prem and cloud environments. Design, implement, and tune multi-tenant Oracle databases (10g-19c+), configure advanced features (Data Guard, RAC, TDE, OEM), perform backup/recovery, troubleshoot complex issues, ensure security/compliance, and document/transfer knowledge to stakeholders.

Manage month-, quarter-, and year-end closings, prepare IFRS financial statements, oversee general ledger and accounting operations, coordinate audits, maintain controls and reporting systems, support budgeting/forecasting, and provide financial analysis and leadership to cross-functional teams.
