Staff Software Engineer responsible for building third-party platform integrations, scalable external APIs, internal tooling, and agentic solutions. The role also supports identity and authentication services, including multi-tenant authorization, OAuth, OIDC, and SAML. Success requires deep distributed-systems expertise, strong testing practices, integration experience, high autonomy, cross-team collaboration, and the ability to translate business needs into technical plans.

Build and maintain scalable integrations connecting HRIS, ATS, payroll, and other systems. Design APIs, connectors, workflows, data pipelines, retries, monitoring, and error handling across distributed services using Go, Python, Temporal, and frontend technologies. Optimize ingestion performance, support customer-facing integration experiences, troubleshoot cross-system issues, document standards, and collaborate with Customer Success, Implementation, and engineering teams.
