Build and maintain scalable integrations connecting HRIS, ATS, payroll, and other systems. Design APIs, connectors, workflows, data pipelines, retries, monitoring, and error handling across distributed services using Go, Python, Temporal, and frontend technologies. Optimize ingestion performance, support customer-facing integration experiences, troubleshoot cross-system issues, document standards, and collaborate with Customer Success, Implementation, and engineering teams.
